  We called to find more information about the funeral home. The lady who answered and got very defensive when my sister asked how long they had been in business. The owner called. He was extremely rude. He kept saying that he had all these deaths he had to deal with, so he would TRY to fit me in to see me. My sister just passed away. I don't need someone, who obviously has become desensitized by being in this business for too long, to act like he is doing me a favor and "squeezing me in." The entire time he huffed and puffed about how he was super busy and he wasn't sure when he would be able to see us. A human life is not a thing that can cause disruption your schedule. As you can tell, we will not be using his services.

  I had called several funeral homes in the woodbridge area and my mother was a hospice patient with breast cancer and she was dying. The funeral homes was not warm and they ask me to bring the money to make funeral arrangements. I had the money but I was looking for respect and comfort. Randall funeral Home was on my list to call and make funeral arrangements. I met Mr. Randall and he went step by step and answered all of my questions. The next day my mother passed away at Capital Hospice and Mr.Randall had embalmed her and she looked so beautiful that I could not stop thanking him. The homegoing celebration was awesome and we will refer you to family and friends. Thank you, Randall Funeral Home for being so kind.
